With our 45 years of experience, we follow the requirements of science and technology and continue to scheduled studies to be the leader of more beneficial innovations for society.What do we expect from our new team member?Oversee and execute all monthly reporting processes for Management and Holding,Manage the financial statement control and consolidation processes for both domestic and international subsidiaries, including all related sub-processes,Prepare annual budgets and strategic plans in line with Holding and affiliate company objectives; conduct monthly variance analysis and reporting,Coordinate and support external audit processes and ensure timely preparation of requested documentation,Prepare presentations and financial summaries for Management and Holding Board meetings,Generate KPI reports and conduct ad hoc financial analyses as needed.What kind of team member are we looking for?Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from university,Minimum of 7 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis,Excellent command of English (both written and spoken),In-depth knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), especially in consolidation processes,Preferably with prior experience in independent auditing,Proficient in SAP, Hyperion, BPC, and BW systems,Advanced skills in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.),Strong communication and coordination abilities, with a solution-oriented mindset.What do we offer you?At Eczacıbaşı, you can steadily improve your personal, professional, and technical competencies by participating in training programs that support you and your career.You will have access to opportunities for rotation among more than 50 companies and global experience in over 120 international markets.Vacation time at Eczacıbaşı is calculated according to seniority based on your total work experience.
