Financial Planning & Processes Specialist

Job Purpose:To support Financial Processes by ensuring accurate data entry, contributing to the whole finance team to reduce manual preparation of reports (CBM & Management) & Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to financial workflows. This role is integral to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data and insights.Key Responsibilities:Assist in analyzing financial data to support decision-making.Prepare financial reports and presentations.Maintain and update financial planning systems and databases.Work closely with team members and other departments to collaborate & gather financial process flowSupport the preparation of financial data accurately with timely manner for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct data checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial systems.Address and resolve discrepancies in financial data.Document financial processes and insights for future reference.Provide streamlined financial process & control points Monitor existing financial processes and propose more efficient & effective of process improvementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (with ACCA Part 2 preferrable) 3-5 years of experience in financial system set up or accounting.Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills preferred).Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment & cross functional department Interested candidates can apply through the provided links or email: recruitment@cbbank.com.mm
