Job Description
Main Responsibilities Processing of credit applications (Corporate Banking, Supply Chain Financing and SME Banking). To check and follow up on the status of pending loan cases submitted by Corporate Banking Department and Supply Chain Financing. To monitor compliance of financial (financial ratios) and non-financial covenants clients need to observe. To spread financial statements using financial ratios for preparation of fresh credit applications or review / renewal. To provide analysis and recommendations on credit papers. To manage/monitor on conditions precedent to drawdown and conditions after drawdown. To provide term sheet or facility letter or guarantee letter and explain terms & conditions to customers to conclude and perfect facility offering. To manage, monitor and provide security agent services. To liaise with external business associates (values, legal firms, warehouse manager) as and when necessary, in relation to respective loan cases. To assess market trend and government policy changes To translate and summarize the important facts on facility letter, credit paper. To conduct site, visit together with Corporate Banking RMs (when necessary) To monitor repayment and generate reports. To supervise, support and train staff as necessary. Ad-hoc tasks to support Business & Institutional Banking Division when needed.Requirement2 – 3 years’ working experience in lending activities in banks and/or other financial institutions. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with different departments are also required. Strong customer service and analytical skills. Self-motivated and independent. Able to effectively interact with people at all levels and be a team player. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
