Job Description

Tasks And Responsibilities Financial Analysis for Operative Plans. Evaluate regional operative plans annually. Develop financial models to assess feasibility, risks, and opportunities of proposed scenarios. Create and present alternative financial scenarios to support decision-making. Recommend financially viable strategies that align with business goals and market dynamics. Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement. Collaborate with regional teams to understand business drivers and challenge assumptions. Act as a finance advisor during operative planning cycles, ensuring financial discipline and strategic alignment. Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track actual performance vs. operative plans and provide variance analysis. Identify trends and insights to improve future cycles. Process Improvement & Governance: Enhance planning tools, templates, and processes for consistency and efficiency. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and controls. Market Funding Leadership. Ensure that funding creations are appropriate and aligned with business needs. Overseeing the sufficiency and adjustment of reserves—not from an accounting perspective, but through the lens of analytical rigor and business logic. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions, assess funding adequacy, and drive strategic decisions that support market funding operations. Who You Are Higher education in Economics, Finance, Administration or Engineering, MBA or Postgraduate in Finance is desirable. At least 10 years (desirable in agricultural sector) Areas of experience: in financial / strategic/ commercial analysis. Advanced English level is required. Advanced in understanding and analyzing business & financial trends. Experience working in multifunctional teams.
