Our people make the difference, and we truly believe you are our greatest asset.Job DescriptionAs a Financial Well-Being Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how Ent empowers members and communities to improve their financial lives. Working closely with the Financial Well-Being leadership team, this position is project-based and adaptive, helping drive innovation and effectiveness in both education and coaching initiatives. You'll bridge program evaluation, curriculum design, and training facilitation to ensure our offerings are impactful, engaging, and scalable. This role will also help expand virtual programming and offerings across financial well-being, bridging gaps across our expanded footprint and increasing access for rural communities. Through this work, you'll equip coaches, educators, and community partners to deliver transformative programs, empowering the people and communities we serve to create pathways to financial freedom and flexibility.Essential FunctionsProgram Evaluation & Innovation: Assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact using data, feedback, and market insights. Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and improvement in curriculum, delivery methods, and support processes. Partner with leadership to implement changes that enhance program reach, accessibility, and outcomes. Learning Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver financial coaching training and community education curriculum. Facilitate classes, workshops, and learning sessions for both coaches and community audiences. Ensure learning experiences are engaging, outcomes-driven, and aligned with Ent's financial well-being strategy. Cross-Market Support & Collaboration: Collaborate with financial coaches, educators, and leaders across Colorado and expansion markets to understand diverse program needs. Provide consultative support, resources, and training tools to strengthen program consistency and scalability. Build strong relationships across departments, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and responsiveness to emerging needs. Maintain ongoing contact and follow-up with financial coaches to support continued learning and program effectiveness. QualificationsMinimum Formal Qualifications For This PositionBachelor's Degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Management, or another related field of study. REQUIRED: 2+ Years' experience in financial services, marketing and / or education. PREFERRED: 1+ Year experience in public speaking, training, and / or educating. preferredTechnical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills: Public speaking and facilitation skills. Ability to adapt and be flexibleCollaboration skills. Relationship-building skills. Time management skills. Knowledge of the financial wellness industry and its trends. Ability to manage multiple and diverse projects. Ability to lead and motivate a team of volunteers. Writing and proofreading skills. Virtual Learning Design and Facilitation. Knowledge of Curriculum Development. Skilled in Program Evaluation and Improvement via data analysis, feedback, and research. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of inclusive facilitation and content design techniques.
