The Senior Team Lead is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Finance Operations processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess responsibilities:Lead one or more finance and accounting professionalsSupport the timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirementsAccountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scopeDeep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for respective areasRegular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open itemsUnderstand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutionsRecruit, onboard and training of new joinersLiaise with senior finance leadership across Tax, Treasury, Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit and other Kenvue finance teamsChampion & influence strategy & solutions demonstrating strong business acumenGenerate ideas, fosters, and implements continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunitiesInfluence and execute process improvements, generating ideas and implementing in line with global standardsRemain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rules, and latest technologiesComplianceAdhere to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulationsAssist the team with any audit requests raised from the Legal Entity Controllership teamEnsure strong internal controls are in place, in order to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratingsRequired QualificationsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s level degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldAt least 6 years of professional experience is requiredLearning agility and adaptability to different business requirements.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levelsBe open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologiesStrong analytical skillsSolid US GAAP accounting knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skills in English, other language skills desirableDesired QualificationsCPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certifications is an advantageExperience in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational corporation or BPOExperience in a Global Accounting for a large multi-state companyAbility to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approachSuccessfully manage multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlinesDigital/intelligent automation capabilitiesProficient in ERP systems (SAP and Blackline preferred) and MS Office in particular ExcelCandidates may be asked to work shifts to align with global assignments in Americas / EMEA / AsiaLead/Participate in other Regional/Global/Cross functional duties as assignedWhat’s In It For YouCompetitive Benefit PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource Groups Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
