Fire Protection Specialist

Founded on deep customer-focused ethos with a vision of empowering our clients with unparalleled Quality and Innovative solutions.Role Description :The Fire Suppression System (FSS) Superintendent will be heading the fire system installation and commissioning activities for the project. He/She is responsible to plan, monitor, and coordinate the implementation of all fire protection systems in compliance with NFPA standards, design intent, and safety requirements.Job Description :Supervise and manage all site activities related to Fire Suppression Systems (sprinkler, FM200, NOVEC, water mist, hydrant, etc.).Ensure installation works are carried out according to project specifications, approved drawings, and local fire codes.Coordinate closely with CSA and MEP teams to ensure smooth interface and avoid conflicts.Review construction drawings and highlight discrepancies or technical issues.Conduct daily inspections to verify progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Support testing and commissioning activities of fire suppression systems.Prepare and submit daily site reports and progress updates.Ensure all materials, equipment, and tools for FSS works are properly managed and available on timeRequired Skills & Qualifications :Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in related role.Proven experience in large-scale MEP or Data Center projects.Strong knowledge of international fire codes and local regulations (NFPA, FM Global, SNI, etc.).Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively.
