Founded on deep customer-focused ethos with a vision of empowering our clients with unparalleled Quality and Innovative solutions.Role Description :The CSA Superintendent will be leading all civil, structural, and architectural site activities for the assigned project. He/she is responsible to supervise, plan, coordinate, and ensure that construction works are executed according to project specifications, schedule, and quality standards, while maintaining strict compliance with safety requirements.Job Description :Supervise and coordinate all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on site.Ensure work execution complies with design drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and schedule.Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.Conduct site inspections and report progress, issues, and deviations to the Project Manager.Liaise with MEP teams to coordinate interface works and avoid conflicts.Manage site logistics, material delivery, and manpower allocation.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.Review construction drawings and raise RFIs when necessary.Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients and subcontractors.Required Skills & Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in CSA construction, preferably in MEP or data center projects.Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively.
