Founded on deep customer-focused ethos with a vision of empowering our clients with unparalleled Quality and Innovative solutions.Role Description :The Mechanical Supervisor will be overseeing the installation and testing of HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems at site. He/she is responsible to monitor daily activities, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, coordinate between trades, and uphold quality and safety performance.Job Description :Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation activities on site (HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, and other mechanical systems).Ensure installation works follow approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.Coordinate with other trades (Electrical, FSS, CSA) to resolve site issues and avoid clashes.Monitor progress and workmanship of subcontractors to maintain quality and schedule.Prepare daily reports on manpower, materials, and work progress.Ensure all works are carried out safely and in compliance with HSE requirements.Report site issues, material shortages, or design discrepancies.Required Skills & Qualifications :Diploma or vocational certificate in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in mechanical works supervision.Experience in data center, industrial, or commercial building projects preferred.Familiar with mechanical installation standards and safety regulations.Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required to communicate effectively.
