Site Manager – Hyperscale Data CentreLocation: Finland – On siteA global digital infrastructure provider is expanding across Northern Europe and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities on a major hyperscale data centre build in Finland. You will be the key presence on site, ensuring that work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Construction Manager, contractors, and engineering teams, you’ll coordinate all trades and ensure smooth progress through each stage of the build. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily site operations across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP worksSupervise subcontractors and ensure all activities meet project specifications, quality benchmarks, and health & safety requirementsTrack progress against the construction programme, highlighting delays and implementing corrective actions where neededEnsure full compliance with Finnish building codes, environmental regulations, and site safety legislationMaintain accurate site records, including inspections, permits, and progress reportsSupport commissioning preparation and assist in handover to operations teamsPromote a safe, organised, and productive work environment on siteYour Background:
Proven experience as a Site Manager or Site Supervisor on data centre or other critical infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of multi-discipline construction works, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades in a live project environmentGood knowledge of construction sequencing, quality assurance, and site safety protocolsPrevious experience working in the Nordics or similar climates preferredRelevant technical or trade qualifications; site management or safety certifications an assetThis role is ideal for a detail-oriented Site Manager with a proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to keep complex site operations running smoothly on a high-value, fast-paced build.
