Fish Farm Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aquaculture Supervisor. to lead the daily operations of our Grow-Out Section.The ideal candidate will oversee fish production systems, monitor performance data, and ensure adherence to best aquaculture management practices.This role is perfect for someone who combines hands-on technical experience with strong leadership and a commitment to performance excellence.Key Responsibilities* Supervise and coordinate all fish grow-out activities from stocking to harvest.* Monitor and record feed conversion rates, growth performance, and water quality parameters.* Lead and train farm technicians and workers to ensure compliance with farm SOPs.* Plan and execute feeding regimes, health checks, and biosecurity measures.* Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.* Ensure adherence to environmental and safety standards on the farm.Qualifications* B.Sc or HND in Fisheries, Aquaculture, or related agricultural sciences.* Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in aquaculture operations.* Strong data reporting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and team management ability.Employment Terms* Engagement Duration: Continuous, subject to Monthly Performance Review (MPR)Monthly pay* Other Benefits: * Health Insurance Coverage * Free On-site Accommodation * Performance-based Commissions * 20 Days Paid Annual LeaveHow to ApplySend your CV and Cover Letter to aquaorg0@gmail.comwith the subject line: “Application – Aquaculture Supervisor Application Deadline:November 5th, 2025Expected Resumption: 15th November, 2025Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
