At BEAT81, we value passion, potential, and the power of fresh perspectives.We are looking for Fitness Manager to join our Berlin Team!Join a passionate, fast-growing team in Berlin and make a real impact—helping people across Europe train smarter, push limits, and achieve their best.You will:Support the smooth daily running of our studios, ensuring spaces, equipment, and tech are ready for members and coaches.Spend time in studios to observe the workout environment and gather insights on the overall experience.Maintain open communication with our freelance coach community, sharing updates and collecting relevant feedback.Address operational or technical issues as they arise, coordinating with internal teams and coaches when needed.Review customer feedback related to the in-studio and workout experience and highlight trends or opportunities for improvement.Share clear, concise information between teams to keep everyone aligned on studio needs and fitness experience standards.Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our fitness offerings.Support the expansion of BEAT81’s fitness programs across new locations.You have:Experience in designing and implementing structured fitness programs, group trainingA background in coaching, personal training, or fitness instructionPassion for technology-driven fitness solutions and innovationExcellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and support coachesA proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvementAbility to work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations teamsFluency in English (German is a plus)Nice to have:Certification in sports science, personal training, or related fieldsExperience in fitness-tech or digital fitness platformsFamiliarity with gamification and engagement strategies in fitnessBenefits:🏋️‍♂️ WALK THE TALK: Unlimited BEAT81 workouts for you and one other person of your choice: We guarantee that you'll get fit with us.📚 LEARN & GROW: We support your professional development with a dedicated budget for courses, workshops, and certifications.💪 YOUR WELL-BEING: Enjoy exclusive access to the platforms Meditopia and 7Minds for yoga, mindfulness and mental well-being.🎉 EVENTS: Our annual BEAT Connect event in Berlin brings together team members from all cities for inspiring sessions, fun activities, and meaningful connection.
