Benefits:Income: USD 2,500 – 3,500$, depending on experience13th-month bonusPerformance allowance (PA)Minimum 15 days of annual leaveFull SHUI (Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance) from the first month of probationMacro and Fixed Income ActivitiesConduct macroeconomic and fixed income research/analysis and provide recommendations for bond activities, related investments, and other asset classes.Build effective models for macro, fixed income, and other asset class research and analysis.Generate recommendations and strategies for fixed income and other assets (as needed).Review and track performance and make timely adjustments.Provide regular updates— or ad-hoc when necessary— on macro and fixed income markets as well as broader market movements.Research and generate recommendations for other macro-related markets.Perform other related duties.Company, Industry, Sector, and Market ActivitiesConduct company, industry, sector, and market research/analysis and provide investment recommendations.Build necessary datasets and models to support research, analysis, and recommendations.Deliver effective and timely analytical outputs.Proactively follow up, update, and adjust data, models, and related inputs to ensure research outputs remain accurate and timely.Build sector/industry/company research scorecard models.Perform other related duties.Portfolio Management ActivitiesParticipate in fixed income portfolio management activities.Develop and recommend strategies for fixed income portfolios/funds.Translate strategies into portfolio/fund models and execute them effectively.Build portfolio models by asset class and by strategy.Review the risk and performance of portfolios/funds/instruments to manage risk and enhance performance.Analyze and recommend portfolio/fund adjustments regularly and when necessary.Prepare portfolio reports and perform related portfolio management tasks.Perform other related activities.
