Through a combination of deep market expertise and a global network of banking and investment partners, we provide clients with seamless access to public markets, private equity, private credit, and alternative opportunities.Our approach is highly bespoke and client-centric, integrating tailored portfolio construction, disciplined risk management, and long-term strategic planning.Our digital platform, Alben Wealth, consolidates multi-custodian portfolios and enhances transparency, enabling clients to monitor and optimize their wealth with institutional-grade clarity.With a strong presence across major financial hubs and a commitment to independence, discretion, and excellence, Alben Capital delivers uncompromising execution, sophisticated investment solutions, and long-term value creation for today’s most demanding investors.Role Description (Entrepreneurial / Client-Acquisition Focus)This is a full-time, on-site Fixed Income Trader role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, designed for a highly entrepreneurial professional who wants to combine trading expertise with commercial growth and client acquisition.As a key member of Alben Capital’s Brokerage & Investment team, you will manage fixed income trading activities, execute trades across global markets, generate trade ideas, and help strengthen our fixed income offering. Beyond pure execution, a core focus of the role is expanding our client base—proactively identifying, engaging, and onboarding new relationships ranging from UHNWIs and family offices to institutional investors.You will work closely with senior leadership to open new revenue channels, buildyour own book of clients, and represent Alben Capital across the region’s financial ecosystem. The role combines technical trading expertise with a strong commercial mindset,requiring initiative, autonomy, and the ambition to grow within a fast-scaling, DFSA-regulated firm.Additional responsibilities include ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting risk analysis and reporting, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of execution and client service.This position is ideal for a self-driven, business-oriented trader who wants to create tangible impact—and grow with a firm that rewards performance, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive.QualificationsDeep expertise in fixed income markets, including sovereign and corporate bonds, credit products, structured notes, and asset-backed securities.Proven trading experience, with strong understanding of market microstructure, pricing, liquidity, and execution across global markets.Hands-on brokerage experience—familiarity with order flow, execution models (agency/matched principal), and dealing with global counterparties is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and quantitative skills, capable of evaluating credit spreads, market trends, risks, and portfolio positioning.Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with institutional clients, banks, brokers, and liquidity providers.Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, comfortable sourcing new clients, expanding a book of business, and driving revenue growth.Proficiency with major trading and analytics platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, EMS/OMS systems, pricing tools).High attention to detail, discipline, and resilience, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and in fast markets.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk controls, and compliance standards (DFSA, FCA, MiFID, or equivalent).Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; advanced certifications (CFA, CAIA, etc.) are a strong plus.Experience within wealth management, asset management, trading desks, or brokerage platforms is highly preferred.
