Job Description

Shape our fleet management strategy while contributing to our electrification goals and making a meaningful impact on our organization's sustainability journey.What you will do:Design and implement group-wide fleet management strategies with focus on electrificationSupport contract negotiations and lead procurement projects for specialized vehicle typesExecute tactical tasks to drive cost efficiency and maximize value across the Axpo GroupMaintain comprehensive KPI reporting with all relevant fleet metricsManage vehicle replacement and procurement processes, including registration and sales activitiesConduct supplier invoice reviews and proactive claims managementWhat you bring & who you are:Relevant professional experience in fleet management (2+ years required), vehicle leasing, or automotive industryTechnical and/or commercial education, preferably with automotive industry focusStrong communicator with excellent collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholdersResults-oriented and proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvementHigh degree of independence with analytical, structured approach to cost optimizationIdeally, comprehensive knowledge of electromobility and charging infrastructureIdeally, project management experience and further training in fleet managementVery good IT skills (fleet management software, ERP systems, MS Office)Proficient in English and German (German speaking required)About the team: We are a collaborative team passionate about sustainable mobility solutions.
