Role Description The Fleet Operations Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Specialist will oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s fleet, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely maintenance schedules. Key responsibilities include monitoring vehicle usage and performance, coordinating with vendors for vehicle maintenance, managing fleet allocation to meet customer demand, and ensuring data accuracy in fleet management systems. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain top-tier service quality. Qualifications Fleet Management and Vehicle Allocation experienceKnowledge of Vehicle Maintenance Coordination and Safety ComplianceProficiency in Data Management and Fleet Monitoring ToolsStrong Organizational, Problem-Solving, and Communication skillsCapability to ensure adherence to operational standards and regulationsExperience with customer-oriented operational workflows is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related fieldPrevious experience in fleet operations or logistics management is highly beneficial
