As Fleet Training Team Lead, you will ensure that all training initiatives meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal competency goals. You’ll play a key role in promoting safety, compliance, and operational excellence across offshore teams.Key Responsibilities Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs for offshore personnel. Ensure training aligns with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement competency assessment frameworks. Manage logistics to support smooth training delivery. Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and evaluations. Ensure compliance with regulations from bodies such as IMO and BSEE. Continuously improve training processes through stakeholder collaboration. Promote safety awareness and compliance through training and communication efforts.Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree (BAC/BAC+2 or equivalent) in Human Resources, Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a training department, preferably in offshore or industrial settings. Strong understanding of offshore training standards and regulatory frameworks.
