Business Development Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to support our data partnership and market expansion initiatives in the Southeast Asia region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with overseas teams to identify and onboard local data partners, drive project implementation, and strengthen our data ecosystem. This position offers the opportunity to work across international teams, combining business collaboration with data-driven insights.Responsibilities:Collaborate with overseas business teams to expand and maintain local data sources, establish partnerships with data vendors and suppliers, and continuously enrich the company’s data ecosystem.Lead business communication and negotiation, ensure smooth project execution, and manage the entire cooperation process from initiation to delivery.Monitor market and industry trends, track competitor activities, and provide strategic feedback to support business decisions.Demonstrate strong data sensitivity and market insight to identify new growth opportunities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 1 year of experience in the internet, fintech, or related industries.Proven experience in business cooperation, partnership management, or data resource development is an advantage.Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.Highly proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify and solve problems independently.Fluent in English; familiarity with Chinese is a plus.Knowledge of local data ecosystems (e.g., telecom operators, credit institutions, or financial data providers) is preferred.Why Join Us:Opportunity to participate in international business collaboration and cross-border projects.Work in a fast-growing, data-driven organization with exposure to global markets.Develop strategic partnerships that make tangible business impact.
