SME Business Development Manager (Surabaya)

Boost Indonesia is a financial technology service part of AXIATA GROUP, that serves and empowers micro-enterprises and SMEs - to transform life for the unbanked and underserved.As Relationship Managers, you will be responsible for Growing business vertically by providing perspectives regarding industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner requirements. You are also expected to acquire and onboard new partners and maintain a healthy lead pipeline by developing and nurturing professional relationships.Placement : SURABAYAYour Role:Identifying potential new partners and developing new accounts.Build a new borrower pipeline to achieve monthly onboarding volume and value targets.Prospect for potential borrowers using various direct methodsDrive the entire sales cycle from initial borrowers’ engagement to closed salesEstablish relationships with new borrowers relationships before, during, and after the funding process to secure new borrowers onboarding.Ensure legally binding commercial agreements are in place.Any other revenue-generating activities according to the Business Plan.Identification of risk compliance issues and how to mitigateCoordinate with various departments and ensure smooth implementationRequirements:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in any field/major5+ years of managerial level working experience in a reputable Fintech (P2P) / Banking - RM, SME, Lending / Telecom / FMCG company, particularly in a sales/business development role is a mustProven success in creating new partnership opportunities that yielded tangible resultsPossess a network of potential clients in sectors such as Telecom, FMCG, Pharmaceutical industry, etcDeep understanding of financial services and technology industryExperience in negotiating and managing commercial relationshipSelf-starter, comfortable with fast-paced environment and results-oriented
