This role owns the product roadmap, translates security, safety, and fraud requirements into actionable PRDs, and drives adoption across multiple properties. You will ensure measurable outcomes through clear success metrics, coordinated engineering efforts, and structured release cycles.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership: End-to-end responsibility for FlexiCore feature development and delivery.Roadmap & Backlog Management: Maintain product roadmap, PRDs, and backlog.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with BPSS&R, ISSOC, property operations, engineering teams, and vendors.Adoption & Change Management: Drive implementation, training, and change initiatives across properties.Release Management: Establish repeat release cadence with KPIs and post-release learnings.Risk & Dependency Management: Identify and mitigate risks across engineering and vendor dependencies.Essential TasksPrioritize and deliver high-impact FlexiCore features.Translate security, safety, and fraud requirements into clear PRDs and measurable outcomes.Define success metrics (adoption, latency, accuracy, SLA).Coordinate engineering efforts (APIs, ETL, UI) and vendor activities.Lead pilots and roll-outs; incorporate user feedback into analytics dashboards.Facilitate training and change management across properties.Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Technology, Engineering, or related field.Experience: 8–12 years in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms.Proven track record in AI-driven and automation features.Expertise in roadmap planning, PRD creation, and backlog management.Familiarity with APIs, ETL processes, UI development.Languages: English & Hindi.Skills & CompetenciesTechnical: Enterprise SaaS, APIs & ETL, UI/UX coordination, Data Analytics, AI & Automation.Behavioral: Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Customer-Centric Mindset.Additional InformationHigh flexibility and resilience.Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections, audits, and training.Ability to perform under high-pressure scenarios (incident investigations, regulatory deadlines, critical rollouts).
