Flexographic Print Supervisor

Position Purpose Lead the flexographic printing area, ensuring print quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to the master production plan, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and systematic waste reduction.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the operation of flexographic printing equipment, primarily Gallus Ensure compliance with production plans and quality standards Manage and improve performance indicators: OEE, scrap, downtime, productivity Plan and coordinate workload per shift Validate plate mounting, proper cleaning, and Anilox calibration Manage inventories of inks, solvents, and consumables Execute continuous improvement projects and waste reduction programs Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations Handle deviations, customer complaints, and corrective action plans Collaborate closely with Prepress, Maintenance, and Quality departments Train, evaluate, and develop the operational team Profile RequirementsEducation: Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, or related field Minimum experience: 7 years in flexographic printing and 3 years in supervision Expertise with Gallus equipment; experience with Comexi and Arsoma is desirable Proficient in UV, water-based, and solvent inks Strong knowledge of Anilox and quality assurance processes Solid KPI management and continuous improvement methodologies Skills: Leadership, decision-making, effective communication Technical English desirable Key CompetenciesOperational leadership with strategic focus Production planning and organization Quality mindset and continuous improvement culture Problem-solving and conflict management Strong internal and external customer orientation Offer And BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience Benefits above the legal requirements (medical insurance, savings fund, vouchers, 30-day annual bonus, yearly bonus) Professional development and growth opportunities within a global organization Participation in international projects and mobility opportunities
