We are seeking a talented, certified professional to join our team, ensuring exceptional operational experiences for our global clientele.Job OverviewThe Flight Operations Officer provides expert, certified operational support. This role ensures the flight's safety and efficiency by generating and approving flight plans, monitoring progress, and serving as the control point for all regulatory and ground logistics.Key Responsibilities:1. Regulatory Compliance & Permitting:Secure all necessary overflight and landing permissions quickly and accurately worldwide.Ensure all services strictly adhere to national and international aviation regulations.2. Coordinate Ground Logistics:Arrange and coordinate all essential services, including ground handling, fueling, catering, and security.Process complex client requests by validating all flight requirements and documentation.3. Flight Planning and Operational Control:Generate, analyze, and file official flight plans using specialized software.Exercise joint operational control with the Pilot-in-Command regarding the initiation, continuation, diversion, or termination of a flight.4. Client and Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact between flight crew, clients, and service providers.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.Identify opportunities to cross-sell MixJet's services.Technical RequirementsIn-depth knowledge of aviation operations and regulations.Proficiency in using flight planning software and tools.Valid Flight Dispatcher License or certification is required.Education & ExperienceA Bachelor's degree in Aviation or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in flight operations, dispatching, or a similar certified role.Skills and AbilitiesLanguage Proficiency: Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory.Technical Acumen: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems; skilled in data analysis.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for quick decision-making.Detail Orientation: Exceptional attention to detail in flight planning and monitoring.Service Focus: Excellent customer service orientation.Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Resilience: Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle irregular shifts.Work EnvironmentPrimarily onsite, with occasional remote work as business needs dictate.Full-time: 40 working hours per week.Shifts: Morning, evening, and night shifts, following a set roster.If you are passionate about aviation and meet the above requirements, we invite you to apply and become a key player in our success story.
