Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fluent English Call Center Agent based in Cairo, Egypt, with the opportunity for partial work-from-home arrangements. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in company systems. Agents will also collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support. Qualifications Strong customer service and support skills, with experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer SatisfactionExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries effectivelyProficiency in using computer systems, tools, and applicationsFluency in English (spoken and written) is a must!Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to a fast-paced settingPrevious experience in call center perations is a plus Job Details It's Hybrid module Paid training program Transportation provided Equipment provided Social and Medical insurance Attractive Salary and Kpis
