About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineering) to lead and deliver infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day to day management of civil engineering projects including earthworks, roads, drainage, and utility infrastructure construction. Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to stakeholders and clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations. Lead project meetings and foster collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in project management within the civil engineering industry or construction sector, with a strong background in earthworks and utility infrastructure construction. In depth knowledge of civil construction methods, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e. g. , MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
