One source.Competitive Salary and Relocation Offered.This role is onsite in Rincon, GA.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Focus Factory Manager to lead and manage daily operations within a defined production unit at our Rincon, GA facility. This individual will be responsible for driving operational performance through structured execution, leadership of production teams, and close coordination with planning, engineering, quality, and support functions.This is a leadership role with broad responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance within the assigned focus area.
