Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager, located in Delta State, Nigeria. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include planning and managing menus, budgeting, scheduling, training employees, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, monitoring inventory, and implementing strategies to improve service efficiency and profitability. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, including menu planning and inventory controlStrong Customer Service skills to deliver exceptional guest experiencesExperience in Training staff to maintain service standards and efficiencyProficiency in Budgeting and cost control to manage departmental expenses efficientlyExcellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demandsAt least a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious managerial experience in food and beverage operations is highly preferred
