Ensure proper care, security and maintenance of Food & Beverage Services equipment through proper supervision of service personnel, including outside contractorsAssume responsibility for shift supervisory duties, especially with VIP and "at cost" functionsInspect Food & Beverage Services Servers’ work assignments and supervise the standards of all outlets and adjacent public areas Maintain the inventory stock of all equipment on and off the propertyWork with the culinary team to create attractive food products, presentations and improve food quality that support the image of the hotelPost all contracted function sheets and give instructions to team members to ensure the success of functionsDevelop and maintain the policies and standards of Food & Beverage Services OperationsImplement safety and emergency procedures when necessaryQualificationsDiploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferredAdditional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantageExperienced in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services, especially in local function stylesMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering Food & Beverage Services operating resultsExcellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageAbility to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantageGood working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointAdditional InformationWhat is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels WorldwideDevelop your talent through learning programs by Academy AccorOpportunity to grow within your property and across the world!Ability to contribute to local community and make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
