Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will assist with the preparation and presentation of meals, ensure food safety standards are met, and contribute to the overall hospitality experience within the home.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludePreparing and serving high-quality, nutritious meals that meet residents’ dietary and cultural requirementsAssisting with food orders, menu planning, and maintaining kitchen suppliesSupervising and supporting a small team of Food Services AssistantsEnsuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OH&S regulationsLiaising with residents, families, and staff to maintain excellent service standardsConducting regular kitchen safety and hygiene auditsAbout YouYou are a highly organised, motivated, and compassionate professional who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
