Job Description

Manages the Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS, Board Presentation and strategic decision making for the Foodmark Concept. The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. This role involves developing financial strategies, and ensuring the integrity of financial information. The Finance Manager works closely with senior management to make Board Presentations for monthly, quarterly review and support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. The Finance Manager is also responsible to oversee the finance team based out of KSA for day to day finance operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & OperationalManage the preparation of the 3-Year Plan, annual budget, forecasts, and monthly performanceImplement and drive the financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Budgets, and ForecastsAnalyze the budget variance and operations performance and provide the Management with a timely analysis with recommended and corrective action plansMake presentations for Board meetingsDriving Business review meetings with internal stakeholdersManage monthly MIS closing & consolidation with data accuracy, integrity and financial controls are in placeProduce Business Case financial models for new investments and rental negotiations Support on driving strategic initiatives and alignment with business goals & objectivesCapex and Pre-ops control for new store launchAnalyses of revenue projections, costs and compare trendsResponsibility for timely reporting to Franchisor and JV partner along with maintaining data integrityResponsible for Cash Flow forecasts and ensure funding within Forecast for Concept including TerritoriesMonthly review of balance sheet with related schedulesLead the KSA finance team and manage day to day finance operations including audits and controls.

Business PartneringSupport and provide function heads with monthly reports, analysis, and findings to support the decision-making process, and follow-up on the actions neededReview of the KBI targets and achievementPartnering with Brands and all territories to drive business performance through risk mitigation ReportingPrepare a monthly financial performance presentation to internal stakeholdersPerform ad-hoc business analyses and financial modelling, proposing recommendations on planned future initiativesDevelop detailed analysis for the budget to identify any potential risks or deviations concerns, ensuring compliance and alignment to Landmark group guidelinesSupport and Deliver periodic management presentation to corporate and boardLeading Ad hoc reportingQualifications: Chartered Accountant from ICAIExperience:

8-10 yrs of post qualification experienceMinimum 5 years’ experience of working in business planning, business partnering and analysis roleMust be proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills. Preferably have worked in a restaurant industryHaving working knowledge of Power BI tools will be an advantageKnowledge and Skills:
