Forklift Driver B1 (Receiving) Night Shift

Our Jonestown Distribution Center, a 218,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7, is currently seeking full time Forklift drivers with experience operating the High-Reach lift and/or Stand-Up Counterbalance lift to join our team. The essential function of this position is to provide exceptional customer support through ensuring the accuracy of inventory movement and warehousing. Accuracy in both shipping and inventory are paramount. The individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to this job description.Full-Time Available Shifts: Alternating 3 day/4 day weekly schedule (equivalent to working approx. 15 days/month Night Shift 6pm - 5:30 amPrimary ResponsibilitiesSafely drive and operate high reach, stand-up forklift and motorized pallet jacks with knowledge of packaging specs and requirements to ensure safe movement of product to destinationProperly select/load/inspect and sort product inventory per supervisor directionPerform label and product inspections with high accuracy to ensure integrity of pallet movement and food safety guidelines.Responsible for the breakdown and rebuilding of pallets of productsEnsure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly fashion, assisting with the general clean up of the warehouse throughout the shiftOther duties as assigned by supervisorKnowledge, Skills, And Abilities RequiredMust be at least 18 years oldMinimum of 1 year operating a Stand-Up Counterbalance Forklift or High Reach with experience working with racking systemsExperience with RF scan gun preferredExperience with JDA/Red Prairie preferredMust be able to communicate effectively and professionally in English (verbal/written/reading)Ability to read and understand daily work instructions and proceduresMust pass our onsite driving and safety testMust possess valid driver’s license or present proof of current eye exam (within 1 yr.)Working ConditionsAbility to work in our refrigerated warehouse, 50° F controlled temperature zonesMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently during shiftPosition requires sitting, standing, walking and bending, squatting, and crawling on a regular basisWe Are Pleased To Offer The Following BenefitsPaid weekly with direct deposit or cash card optionsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401KPaid time off and holiday payEmployee Engagement & Recognition ProgramsOpportunities for growth and advancement#_sunset
