It’s about taking responsibility, solving problems fast, and pushing through challenges on your own.Hear it from Kende, current Founder Associate"Can’t believe it’s been a year since I joined Dripdrop. Back then, I had no idea what a Founders Associate actually does and I’d be lying if I said I’ve got it fully figured out now. What I do know is that I’ve never learned so much and so fast...Over the past year, I've helped shape everything from operations to strategy. Some days I was buried in spreadsheets, others building processes or planning offsites. There is no "normal" week and that's what makes it exciting. But more on that below. The reality is, things aren’t always smooth. Things break, priorities shift, and there’s no playbook. But being that close to the fire, seeing decisions happen and sometimes helping make them is where the real learning happens.Looking back, what I'm most proud of is our culture, the way we communicate, give feedback without titles, keep each other accountable and act on ideas. I'm grateful to have played a small part in shaping that alongside our founders.Working closely with the founders Andreas and Mattias is one of the most valuable parts of this role. They’re unreasonable in all the best ways, setting high expectations, challenging my thinking, and trusting me with real responsibility. That kind of belief and access is rare, and it makes the work both demanding and genuinely meaningful. What I’ve learned is that execution beats perfection, communication beats assumptions, and curiosity will take you further than experience."A glimpse into my first yearFacilitation & Alignment: From weekly operation syncs, Rainy Brainys (our monthly management sessions) to Offsites, I got to create spaces and facilitate sessions that shape how we think, align and scale together.Driving Impact: Led the shift of our partner reporting from a once-a-year update to an opportunity to create stronger relationships and shared progress.Preparing for US Expansion: Supported the research and groundwork for our upcoming US launch about operational setup and legal requirements.Building Strategy and Culture: Helped turn strategy decks into stories people actually want to read and make values more actionable.Marketing & Communication: Helped execute email campaigns and coordinate launches. It was all about connecting the dots between our brand, our mission and our partners.Taking on Wildcards: Moved the office (literally) with the help of the team, worked with lawyers on IP protection and stepped into Finance, CS or Production when needed. What You’ll DoWork Closely with Leadership: Support the CEO, CCO and Head of Operations with planning, execution, and follow-up on key projects.Adapt to What’s Needed: Jump into different areas, commercial, operational, or analytical depending on what’s most important that week.Solve Problems Independently: Identify what needs to get done and figure out how to do it.Support International Expansion: Take part in preparing and executing Dripdrop’s US launch, including travel when needed.Who You AreYou’re curious and fast-learning, you love figuring out how things work and improving them. You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working across tools, data, and systems to get the job done. You’re reliable, when something is on your plate, it gets done 100%.You understand that speed matters, you move fast without losing precision. You’re independent, you don’t wait for instructions when you can find solutions yourself. You’re structured and clear, you bring order to moving parts and communicate with clarity. You’re commercially minded, you see how your work connects to results. You do what it takes to deliver.A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Experience from consulting, startups, or a similar high-paced environment is a plus. Why Join DripdropPeople join Dripdrop because of the people. We care about each other, we care about our work, and we care about getting better together.
