Founder’s Associate Intern (Talent Ops & Graphic Design)

Scope Merge helps European companies build and manage full-time engineering teams in Tunisia. We work with fast-growing tech companies and support them with talent, compliance, and operations.We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO on day-to-day operations, growth initiatives, and strategic projects.What you will doYou’ll work closely with the founder on a mix of operational and strategic tasks:Help with basic graphic design tasks (visuals, simple layouts, social media assets)Support sales and outreach to European companiesAssist with talent operations and candidate pipelinesPrepare presentations, documents, and internal processesSupport marketing and LinkedIn content preparationTake ownership of small internal projects from start to finishWho we’re looking forA smart, driven student who wants to learn fast and contribute.Excellent English (spoken & written)Fast learner with strong analytical thinkingBasic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)Proactive, organised, and resourcefulComfortable taking ownership and solving problemsBased in TunisiaAvailable half-time for 2–6 monthsWhat you’ll getDirect mentorship from the founderReal responsibilities from day oneExperience across sales, operations, HR, and strategyFast learning curve in a dynamic, international environmentA strong reference and exposure to the European tech ecosystemOpportunity for a long-term role based on performance
