We’re in a fast-scaling phase and are looking for someone to work closely with the founder to drive strategic projects, streamline operations, and help shape the company as it expands.Role DescriptionThis is a high-ownership, multi-dimensional role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to operate like a founder. You’ll work directly with the founder across strategy, business operations, growth, and internal execution. The ideal candidate is structured, resourceful, and comfortable switching between planning and hands-on problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support high-priority strategic projects (new centers, new markets, partnerships, etc.)Coordinate across Business Development, Operations, Client Relations, Design & Finance to ensure seamless executionBuild internal processes, SOPs, dashboards, and tracking systemsConduct research, market analysis, and feasibility assessments for expansionPrepare business plans, presentations, documents, and updates for internal + external stakeholdersEnsure follow-through and execution on key decisions and timelinesTake ownership of problems end-to-end — from diagnosing to implementing solutionsWhat we're looking for0.5–3 years of experience (consulting, startup ops, investment, business analyst roles, or similar)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritiesClear written & verbal communicationBias towards action, willingness to get hands dirty, and a founder mindsetA desire to grow into a leadership position as the company scalesThis role offers high visibility and hands-on experience, with the opportunity to help shape Acquir’s strategy, systems, and culture from the ground up.
