We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team who is eager to take the next step in their recruiting career. You will be instrumental in attracting and hiring top talent across functional departments, contributing significantly to our growth.In this role, you'll get a chance to work on (Roles & Responsibilities):Executing the end-to-end recruitment process mainly for functional roles (sales associates).Effective sourcing strategies and seamless talent pipeline using both direct channels and indirect channels.Articulating and managing candidates through the different stages of the recruitment funnel.Conducting initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Exercising strong communication and negotiation skills to present offers, address candidate concerns, and secure acceptance within the specified budget.Maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and timely candidate information.Requirements1-2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role preferably from EdTech or Online Degree Courses industry.Proven command in bulk hiring of sales executives.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and engaging demeanor.What’s In It For YouA strategic and high-impact role in a fast-growing ed-tech company.A culture where your ideas shape the future.Competitive compensation as per industry standards.Opportunities to learn, grow, and build a category-defining company.Skills: screening,communication,negotiation,talent acquisition,applicant tracking systems,recruitment,interpersonal skills,sourcing
