ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for PNG and CNG in the Faridabad region.Identify and onboard new domestic and commercial customers, ensuring seamless service delivery.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industrial clients and transport sector representatives.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.Drive customer engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.Leverage digital tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency.Support the development of pricing strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives.Ensure alignment of sales activities with the strategic priorities of Adani Total Gas’s City Gas Distribution projects.QualificationsProven experience of 4–7 years in sales and marketing within the energy or gas distribution sector.Demonstrated expertise in domestic and commercial market development.Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer acquisition.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
