Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual who will drive our Learning & Development initiatives and support talent management efforts. This role will focus on designing and implementing effective learning programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate training programs that meet the needs of various departments within the organization.Training Delivery: Facilitate workshops and training sessions, utilizing various instructional methods to engage learners effectively.Needs Analysis: Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning strategies.E-Learning Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create online training modules and resources.Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.Talent Identification: Collaborate with leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.Mentorship Programs: Establish and oversee mentorship opportunities to foster professional growth for employees.Educational & Work Experience:Post Graduate in Human Resources, or a related field with 4-6 years of experience in learning and developmentFamiliarity with talent management practices and employee engagement strategies.Key Competencies/ Skills:Candidate to bring expertise across multiple industry along with paints, high energy and drive to build and grow the business in a highly competitive environmentStrong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across different levels of the organization.Ability to work in a “start-up” contextStakeholder management skillsCollaboration and Influencing skills
