We’re defining how organizations deploy and scale AI responsibly, securely, and efficiently.  About the role We’re looking for a high-impact generalist to work directly with the Founder & Leadership team on strategic, cross-functional, and growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration — ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments and wants to work across Product, GTM, and Investor functions What You’ll Do● Drive strategic alignment and execution across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing. ● Manage cross-functional projects and ensure on-time delivery of key business priorities.● Support GTM planning, partnerships, and customer initiatives with data-backed insights.● Assist in investor and stakeholder communication — metrics, updates, presentations. ● Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. ● Lead special projects directly under the Founder’s mandate. Who You Are● 1–6 years of experience in consulting, founder’s office, strategy, VC, or startup growth roles. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing fast, and owning outcomes. ● Understanding of technology, AI, or SaaS business models is a plus● High curiosity, adaptability, and bias for action.● Proactive, experiment-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environmentWhat You’ll Get● Work directly with the Founder & leadership team on strategic initiatives.● Exposure across strategy, product, tech, and venture functions. ● Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with global visibilityHaving an SRCC background will be a great plus!
