This is a founding role: you’ll be hands-on, deeply technical, and instrumental in shaping the core of our platform from day one.What You’ll OwnYou’re not here to inherit a territory. You’re here to open it, close it, and expand it. You will:Own the full-cycle sales process: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closeTurn early GTM pipeline into closed/won ARR (you’re measured on revenue, not leads)Work directly with the CEO and Head of GTM to refine ICP, personas, and messagingTranslate complex AI + HR value props into crisp, ROI-driven executive storiesBuild and iterate on demo flows, objection handling, and deal playbooksManage a tight sales pipeline in Salesforce with precision and urgencyDevelop repeatable outbound → meeting → demo → close patternsBe the feedback loop: turn customer objections and insights into product strategyHelp recruit and mentor future AEs as we scale from 1 → 3 → 5You Might Be a Fit If YouHave 4–7 years in B2B SaaS GTM roles (AE, SDR, Growth, Demand Gen, RevOps, etc.)Have sold into HR buyers (People Ops, HRIS, CHROs, etc.) and closed dealsHave taken a startup from $1M to $10M+ ARR and want to do it again — as the ownerHave used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, Segment, ZapierHave built outbound and inbound systems, not just executed someone else’sAre technical enough to self-serve — you’ve written sequences, worked with APIs, automated ops, and tested attribution modelsAre a T-shaped GTM — you can write copy, sell, analyze funnel data, and run growth experimentsWant real equity and true ownership over revenue, not just leadsWhy This Role Is SpecialHave 3–6 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS AE experience (mid-market → enterprise)Have sold into HR buyers (HRIS, People Ops, CHROs, Benefits, IT) and closed six-figure dealsAre a hunter-closer hybrid — you don’t just work leads, you create them and win themThrive in ambiguity — you can build your own pipeline, pitch deck, and close playbookHave taken a SaaS company from early ARR to $5M+ and want to do it again — this time as an ownerWant real equity and upside — not just W2 commissionsHave grit — you don’t wait for MQLs, you make themWhy This Role Is SpecialFounding AE: You’ll be one of the very first revenue hires, shaping the DNA of our sales orgNo playbook: You get to write it — pricing, pitch, process, objectionsDirect access: Work side-by-side with the CEO on deals and strategyCategory-making: This isn’t selling another HRIS plugin — it’s building the system that defines how HR adopts AIUpside: You’ll have equity + uncapped commission in a high-growth SaaS companyCompensation Range: $100K - $135K
