We are backed with €3M in equity, even though we haven’t actively raised funding yet – yes, investors are chasing us.TasksThe roleAs our Founding Growth Manager, you’ll build the full GTM engine together with the rest of the founding team.You will shape how we acquire customers, how we serve them, and how our product evolves.You’ll ship campaigns, run experiments, measure ruthlessly, and build processes that scale. Think of this as marketing + sales + product loops + ops ownership - not a classic marketing job.What you’ll ownDesign and run our GTM from scratch: channels, experiments, funnelAcquire customers directly: ads, content, outbound, partnerships - whatever worksOperate extremely hands-on: from writing copy to adjusting landing pages to running A/B testsBuild a scalable growth engine: loops, automation, reportingOwn the customer journey end-to-end - beyond marketing & sales: onboarding, activation, shaping product and the processes that drive KPIsWork with engineers & ops team to shape the product based on what you've learned from clientsDefine metrics, measure everything, and cut what doesn’t move the needleChallenge the team ruthlessly to deliver world-class service. Quality & product are our growth drivers!RequirementsWhat you'll bring3+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or similarHighly analytical & data-driven: You live by numbers and validate intuition with data (e.g., A/B testing)Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end (ideally B2B)Solid command of modern growth toolkit: Ads, SEO, tracking, attribution, automationExperience/ openness to own processes beyond marketing (e.g., onboarding)Super strong bias to action: If you think farmers might be a strong ICP, you hop in a car and stop the next tractor to validate itYou think in user problems and solutions: you listen deeply, uncover real needs, and help craft the experiences that solve themExcellent communication skills in German and English: English internally, but German is essential for our GTM before we expand internationallyWould be nice (optional)Strong visual taste: good design intuition and confidence to make tweaks yourselfInterest in creating content yourself (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn)BenefitsWhat you getUnique opportunity to join a very well set-up company very early (strong team, funding, product market fit, etc.)Ownership from day one - you will shape the company’s growth DNAAbove-market compensation + meaningful equityA category-defining problem with massive scale potentialZero legacy.
