Across three continents, we design, develop, and supply high-quality chemical and biochemical products that accelerate scientific progress and strengthen supply chains worldwideWe are now looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-driven FP&A Analyst to support our Finance Leadership Team, helping drive data-led insights and strategic financial decision-making across our multinational business.Responsibilities In this role, you will play a key part in our weekly and monthly financial reporting cycles, turning complex data into valuable commercial insight.Working with large data sets extracted from SAP ERP to support weekly and monthly reportingWeekly sales performance by division and countryWeekly open orders (SAP) and CRM opportunities (Salesforce)Production of divisional P&Ls during period closeConsolidation of annual budget returns from each division/countrySupporting Finance Leadership with data to address investor/advisor questionsWorking with budget holders (e.g. Marketing & IT) to analyse, monitor and optimise spendCompleting ad-hoc analysis for business or investor requestsCandidate Requirements We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with data, proactive in problem-solving, and confident communicating across the business.Comfortable working with large data sets and creating insightful reportsFinance and accounting specialist or higher business management trainingProfessional experience in accounting, preferably in a similar functionSAP experience essentialSolid understanding of financial principles, tax regulations, and accounting standardsAble to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsFluent in EnglishWorking ModelThis role is offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days a week on site.About usBiosynth® is an innovative life sciences reagents, custom synthesis and manufacturing services company headquartered in Staad, Switzerland.
