OverviewSupport Supply Chain Leadership team on COS HQ forecasting, performance tracking and monitor project expense spend against AOP.ResponsibilitiesProvide overall support for the period end results and preparation of forecastCreate, update, prepare ongoing periodic business reportsWorking across multiple Finance functions to deliver Period forecastWork on key region/customer initiatives to drive business and region performanceSupport the annual operating plan (AOP) processDevelop PowerPoint presentation to communicate business results and insightsTrack the project expenses related to COSManage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Supply Chain Leadership teamQualifications6 - 8 years of experience in finance and planning with MBA degree in accounting or financeExperience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP, Business Objects, Essbase would be good to haveTableau knowledgeStrong excel skillsAble to work independently and take initiativeCapable of managing multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneouslyDetail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenanceAbility to function well in a team environmentConsistently shows urgency, courtesy and patienceExceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language
