FP&A Senior Executive

Your future employer is a retail distributor, involved in import, export & distribution, warehousing and storage services worldwide. ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & Forecasting•Lead the formulation of annual budgets and mid-term management plans for the Malaysia, Singapore, and India offices.•Manage quarterly and monthly forecasting processes, aiming to improve accuracy.Performance Analysis & Reporting•Conduct variance analysis of monthly results across the three countries (against budget and previous year) and identify key drivers.•Perform profitability analysis by business unit, product, and service.Business Partnering•Collaborate with business leaders in each country to address operational challenges and identify growth opportunities from a financial perspective.•Provide profitability analysis and recommendations on new projects, capital investments, and pricing strategies.Process Improvement•Drive the standardization and streamlining of FP&A reporting across the region.•Strengthen analytical capabilities through the utilization of BI tools and related platforms.Requirements✓Minimum 5 years of practical experience in finance and accounting.✓At least 3 years of hands-on experience in FP&A (budgeting, performance analysis, forecasting, etc.).✓Advanced financial modeling skills and strong analytical ability.✓ Obtain bachelor's degree required (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)✓ Candidate must be able to commute to Port Klang ✓ Strong analytical and data gathering skillsAdditional InformationIndustry: DistributorLocation: Mont Kiara, KL (will be relocating to Port Klang on Mid June 2026)Working Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
