The company enables seamless transaction experiences across multiple channels, currencies, and markets, supporting millions of transactions daily.Role OverviewThe Fractional Payments CTO will play a key strategic and technical role in guiding the development of the company’s next-generation payments platform. Acting as both an advisor and technical lead, this individual will scope the required technology resources, align engineering priorities, and ensure regulatory and operational readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the architecture, infrastructure, and resources required to build a scalable and compliant payments platform.Educate and guide the engineering team on the key components, compliance standards, and operational requirements of payments systems.Interview, assess, and advise on tech resources required, and assist in the interview and selection engineering leaders and team members.Assist in responding to technical questions raised by MAS or external auditors, ensuring clarity and compliance in all submissions.Assess the existing built system currently hosted on GCP, identifying opportunities to right-size resources and improve cost and performance efficiency.Key RequirementsProven experience architecting and scaling payments or fintech platforms within regulated environments.Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.Skilled in mentoring technical teams and communicating complex concepts clearly.Experience supporting regulatory reviews or technical due diligence is an advantage.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.To receive real-time job updates, join our Whatsapp Channel.About Rockrose Executive SearchWe are a Singapore headquartered executive search firm specialising in top-tier talent across AI, Technology, and Digital Assets.
