Job Description

Freedom Management Ltd, a subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp, is a dynamic and fast-growing provider of financial services across banking, brokerage, and insurance sectors. As part of our strategic expansion across the MENAT region, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Agent/Team Leader to join our UAE office. Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and network-driven Sales Agents to support our client acquisition efforts across the UAE. The successful candidate will utilize personal and professional networks, including partnerships with real estate agencies, wealth managers, and high-net-worth introducers, to attract and onboard new clients to our brokerage platform.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external referral partners such as real estate agencies, investment consultants, and networking groups. - Act as a brand ambassador for the brokerage, representing our platform and services with professionalism and integrity. - Source, qualify, and onboard new clients in alignment with the firm’s regulatory and compliance standards. - Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and referrals to convert interest into active trading accounts. - Collaborate with marketing and compliance teams to ensure client documentation and onboarding processes are completed accurately.

- Stay updated on financial market trends and product offerings to provide basic guidance to prospects. - Meet and exceed personal and team-based monthly acquisition targets. Key Requirements - Proven experience in financial services, real estate, or client-facing sales roles in the UAE. - Strong personal network with agents in the UAE, particularly in the real estate or financial advisory sectors. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. - Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a strong advantage. - Familiarity with ADGM or UAE financial regulations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - Previous experience in brokerage or investment firm client acquisition is highly desirable. - Knowledge of financial instruments such as equities, bonds, ETFs, and structured products.
