Scope of WorkClient & Internal CoordinationActively participate in client briefings and meetings, ensuring thorough note-taking and documentation.Lead internal discussions, including debriefs, alignments, and cascades.Prepare and develop all necessary documentation for internal meetings (e.g., job orders, briefing/revision decks, etc.).Manage and oversee internal and external processes related to assigned requirements.Serve as the primary point of contact with ancillary teams such as Creatives, Data, Social, and Production.Directly communicate with clients to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.Content & Project ManagementDevelop comprehensive content briefs for monthly allocations.Oversee and update content calendars, ensuring all schedules are accurate and up to date.Manage content assets, including quality assurance checks, file downloads/uploads, and detailed documentation.Handle content publishing and scheduling, gathering all necessary information to support execution.Financial ManagementKeep track of scope liquidation.Production (As Needed)Supervise production activities from pre-production to editing, ensuring alignment with creative and client expectations.Collaborate with the creative team and external suppliers for production planning.Manage shoot schedules and coordinate logistics as needed.Oversee the editing process and manage the workflow between teams and suppliers.Other DetailsSchedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible, output-based)Work Setup: Remote / Work from HomeNote: Specific responsibilities may vary depending on project assignments.website: www.propelmanila.com
