If you get a buzz from shaping messy ideas into clean confident content.If you like ghostwriting for different personalities and making them sound great.And if you want regular published work that actually gets seen not buried.You will enjoy this role.RAW Social is growing and I am looking for someone who loves shaping ideas into content that people actually want to read. At the start of each month we map out concepts and angles for our clients. Once these are signed off we move into writing sourcing visuals and creating simple clean graphics that support the story. The work is varied fast and genuinely creative.What you will be doing• Building monthly content plans for several clients• Developing concepts ideas and angles that feel original and specific• Writing LinkedIn posts and thought leadership in different voices• Ghostwriting for founders and service based businesses• Creating simple clean visuals in Canva or Affinity• Sourcing visuals and building stories around them• Drafting ad copy brochure copy and email marketing copy when needed• Light research to spark content ideas• Proofreading and polishing marketing documents• Helping with scheduling and day to day delivery when neededWhat I am looking for• Strong writing ability and fluent/native English• Someone who can take a topic and build a clear story from it• Comfortable switching tone depending on the client• Able to generate ideas not just follow instructions• Basic design skills for clean professional visuals• Curious switched on organised and good with deadlines• Comfortable crafting your own copy rather than relying on AI content generators(AI for admin or research is completely fine. The writing needs to be your own.)The setup• Freelance contract• Around 15 hours per week• Monthly retainer based on experience• Flexible schedule• RemoteRAW Social works with a mix of B2B and B2C service based businesses mainly in the wider tech space. You will work closely with me and get real ownership from day one.
