Aspiring Sports Journalists & Reporters (Volunteer) ✍️This is your chance to hone your writing skills, develop sources, and see your work published across multiple platforms.Requirements:Currently enrolled student in a Communication/Journalism Degree or Diploma.No prior experience required we're looking for potential!A strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.Deep passion for both sports and ethical journalism.Key Responsibilities:Work a minimum of 4 hours per day.Write, edit, and publish original sports stories and features for our website, Facebook page, and Instagram.Adhere strictly to the Sports Dial ZA editorial policy and style guide.Attend virtual editorial meetings and contribute story ideas.Verify facts and statistics to ensure accuracy in all reports.2. Social Media Manager (Volunteer) 📈Join our marketing and growth team to help define our voice and increase our digital footprint.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Developing engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and the WhatsApp channel.Implementing strategies to grow audience traction and engagement.Monitoring social media analytics and reporting on performance.Creating visual assets (graphics, short videos) to accompany stories.Commitment & ApplicationThis is a fully voluntary position designed for those willing to commit their time and effort to gain invaluable experience in a professional environment.
