As we continue to grow across Australia, we're looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to support high‑volume distribution warehousing and retail recruitment across our portfolio.About The RoleAs a Freelance Recruiter, you'll play a key role in scaling our teams across either warehousing distribution (casual workforce of warehouse operators) or you will be experienced in retail recruitment (Permanent Store Manager and 2IC positions). You'll partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers across multiple brands to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for:Retail leadership roles: Store Managers & Assistant Store Managers for new store openingsVolume recruitment: High‑intake casuals for our warehouse and distribution environmentsTalent sourcing & pipeline development across retail and warehousing talent poolsHeadhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channelsCandidate management from screening through to offer stages About YouYou'll thrive in this role if you're a proactive, organised recruiter who knows how to move quickly without compromising candidate experience.
