Job Title: Freelance Recruiter (Remote)About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Freelance Recruiter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mass hiring or professional-level recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle efficiently — from sourcing and screening to final selection.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles and clients.Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Maintain candidate databases and track progress in recruitment sheets.Ensure timely updates and communication with both clients and candidates.Meet daily/weekly hiring targets, especially for mass recruitment projects.Requirements:Proven experience in mass hiring or professional hiring.Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.Flexible and able to handle multiple roles simultaneously.Employment Type: FreelanceLocation: Remote Working Hours: Flexible, depending on project needs Compensation: Based on performance and hiring targets Salary: Commission based
