Human Resources Director

Requirements:• 10-15 years of experience and 5 years' experience of senior or managerial role.• Experience in factories or manufacturing.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational development skills.• In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and compliance practices.• Proven track record in change management and policy implementation.• Experience in organizational restructuring and development.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Experience operating and managing within ERP system’s frameworkJob Description:• Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with company goals overseeingrecruitment and talent management.• Supervise and lead the HR team and related functions including labor relations,administration, and compliance.• Lead organizational restructuring and change management initiatives.• Overhaul HR policies, systems, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for all levels, ranging from thehiring of labor for operational functions to senior hiring.• Develop and oversee integrated payroll and performance systems, incorporating KPIsand incentive structures.• Manage the transportation of labor, including coordinating bus lines with fleetproviders.• Establish and manage training, company culture, and succession planning programs.• Advise the CEO and executive team on strategic HR matters.• Collaborating with senior management to align HR strategies with businessobjectives.• Prepare HR budget.• Managing employee relations, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing toorganizational development.
